The building that houses PALLAS is a living piece of the history of Chania. Located in one of the nicest parts of town, it was built in 1830, was home to Ali Pasha, during the Turkish rule ,served as customs, and was part of the historic area called Piazza Magazine.

On the roof top of PALLAS ,there is another open air restaurant called THEALASSA, which means seaview and comes from the
words thea (θέα) view and thalassa (θάλασσα)sea.

Fresh, traditional Cretan products are the heart of  PALLAS and THEALASSA cuisine and become the basis for creating dishes with a modern Mediterranean twist
